1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PlanViz, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
If you are using PlanViz on behalf of an organization or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
PlanViz is a productivity application offering daily planning, to-do lists, journaling, habit tracking, and scheduling tools. The Service includes:
- A free tier with access to core planning features and a limited template library
- Premium subscription tiers unlocking the full template library, cloud sync, unlimited habit tracking and additional features
- Cloud backup and sync functionality for planners and journals you choose to save
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe, in our sole discretion, pose a risk to the Service or other users.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription Plans
PlanViz offers monthly and annual premium subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the app and on our website and are subject to change with notice.
Billing
Payment is charged to your Google Play Account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to premium features until that date.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Google Play refund policy. We do not provide refunds directly except where required by applicable law.
Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, it converts automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
5. User Content
PlanViz allows you to create, store and manage content such as planner entries, journal notes, to-do lists and other personal records ("User Content").
You retain full ownership of your User Content. By saving User Content to our cloud, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
You may delete your User Content at any time. If you delete your account, all cloud-stored content is permanently deleted from our servers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PlanViz to:
- Violate any local, national or international law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Introduce malware, viruses or any other harmful code
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the application
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable or impair it
- Collect or harvest data about other users without their consent
7. Intellectual Property
The PlanViz name, logo, app design, templates, stickers, text and all other content provided by us (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to PlanViz and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
The app templates provided are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using PlanViz, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
PlanViz is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. The ADHD planner and wellness features are productivity aids only — always consult a qualified professional for clinical concerns.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlanViz and its affiliates, officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or HKD 500, whichever is greater.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your cloud data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sections 7, 9, 10 and 12 of these Terms survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of PlanViz after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service before they take effect.
